Mr. Ketcham represents clients a variety of civil and commercial matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, often involving business disputes. However, Mr. Ketcham strives, when possible, to keep disputes out of the courtroom and resolve disagreements confidentially between parties. In addition to business litigation, Mr. Ketcham has experience litigating, among other matters, FBAR enforcement/collection actions, trust fund recovery cases, conservation easement cases, civil fraud cases, contract disputes, qui tam claims, and special proceedings to enforce subpoenas issued by foreign jurisdictions pursuant to the Uniform Deposition and Discovery Act. Mr. Ketcham has also been in a variety of litigation matters where the federal government has been a party, including IRS whistleblower cases.
